December, 2004 -And finaly, the 3rd article! ~Merry Christmas everyone!
;-]
|
As you might expect, I have another Actual update today! X-] The
3rd article is now done and up for your viewing pleasure. If you don't
feel like going through the links to get it, you can find it here.
In other news... well, there is no other news ...again. :-/ Ahh
well, Hybrid Warriors *should* be out next month, so just wait until
then (or slightly before then, if I have another update by that time ^
^;;; ). X-]

December, 2004 -And three weeks later...
|
Since it's been another 3 weeks (...with nothing even remotely
resembling an update ), here is another one for you. ^ ^;;;
You're probably thinking that I've *finaly* finished that third
article and this is to tell you it's uploaded, right? Well, I have some
good news and some bad news... In good news, I've been thinking about
those updates that I wanted to do on the site and, with the help of teh
master of shiny-ness, Shining Celebi, the test run has been successful
and I now know how to work .php for this site. ^ ^ Yay! (Notice:
To anyone who has this page bookmarked, your bookmark will no longer
work once this page gets turned into a .php page. You should bookmark
the splash page. Either that, or change your bookmark to
http://digitalindex.ultimatedigimon.com/main.php when this page is no
longer accessable.) I have no idea when I'm going to change the site to
.php except that I hope to do it within this month/year and get some
more card pages up before series 2 comes out.
Typing of series 2, Hybrid Warriors, a member of the official
Digimon CCG message board (Rapidmon) said he got back from GenCon and
saw the cards in the series. Apparently, the series is set to be
released around mid-January (and not this month like it's supposed to
according to the press release). He also said that the Hybrids are
Human and Beast Hybrids of the 5 main characters of Digimon: Frontier
and getting to them requires the appropriate Digi-Destined card and a
Digivolve card called 'Spirit Digivolution' (no, it's not a GigaPower
card). Apparently they can Slide Digivolve between Human and Beast
form, but there's nothing official on how that works since he didn't
get a chance to read the new rules regarding this... Also,
Imperialdramon (Paladin Mode) and Omnimon are both in the second series
and both have the Digivolve Requirements of a DNA Digivolution (I
assume Omnimon's is WarGreymon + MetalGarurumon and Imperialdramon
(PM)'s might be Imperialdramon (FM) + Omnimon, similar to what's on the
Digi-Battle card). Needed Rookies like Biyomon, Palmon, and Tentomon
are in there too with Warp/Special Digivolution lines that stop at
Ultimate. (Palmon's 'true line' goes from Palmon to Togemon to Lillymon
but stops there, even though Rosemon is in the series. It seems that
lines are going according to what was in the anime, with certain
exceptions... like Valkyrimon and Vikemon.)
I'll try to have that last article done by the end of the day,
but it seems that it may only be completely done by the end of next
week, given the amount of info that I'd have to put in there to make it
'useful' instead of just pointing out the obvious...
