Cost
The Cost needed to play the text are stated in <> brackets. The
amount of times that the effect can be played will differ according to
whats written in the <> brackets.
(0) - 0 Cost. This effect can be played by just declaring, and can only be played once per turn.
(1) - You need to pay 1 Resource Cost. If its (2) you need to pay 2, and so on. This effect can only be played once per turn.
R

this effect. Even if the card is Rolled for other purposes it will not
be treated as the Cost being paid. This effect can only be played once
per turn.
(1) every - You need to pay 1 Resource Cost. If its (2)
you need to pay 2, and so on. If its (0) you only need to declare it. If
its "R every" you can Roll the card everytime you want to play the
effect. This effect can be used any number of times in a turn as long
as you can pay the Cost. However, it can only be used once per Cut.
[X.Y]
- X represents the Designated Nation, and Y represents the Total
Nation. The type of Designated Nation is the same type as the one on
the upper right hand corner of the card.
If the Designated Nation
and Total Nation Costs are not fulfilled, the text is negated, the text
cannot be played and Auto effects can't be applied. If the Costs are
fulfilled, its treated as normal text. This rule will also take effect
in cards that are not on the Field.
[ ]
Effects and Special Effects (including any unresolved effects) that are
written in the [ ] brackets cannot be negated or changed.
