Coin
Coins are used in the game for counting purposes or to Substitute as a Card. Regardless of the effect that was used, as long
as a Coin has a Name, all Coins with the Same Name are treated as the same type of Coin. Other than effects that produce Coins, in the case
where "Coin" is designated, it will refer to all Coins regardless of
the Coins' Names. Coins will be removed from game once they leave the Field, regardless of the Original Destination.
Coins that are Placed on Cards
These
are Coins that are used as a mark for various effects. Coins that are
treated as Set cards do not fall under here. Coins do not have effects
unless specified. Coins are Controlled by the Controller of the card

Coins do not belong in any location in the game. The player managing
the Coins gains all rights relating to the Coins.

brackets, those text will take effect as well.
